    How to purchase e-tickets (Webket)

    (1) Access the ticket purchase site via the “Click here to purchase” button at the top of your computer or smartphone screen.
    (2) Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
    (3) If this is your first time, please register as a member of the purchase site. If you are a returning customer, then log in.
    (4) Ensure that all of the information is correct and pay by credit card.
    (5) Once payment is complete, a QR ticket will be sent to your computer or smartphone.[Period of ticket validity] 30 days from the date of purchase
    Tickets can be cancelled from “My Page” on the purchase site within the period of validity. However, tickets that have already been used may not be canceled.

    Course of events from purchasing your e-ticket (Webket) up to the day of travel

    ▼When using a smartphone or tablet
    On the day of boarding, proceed to either the Pearl Island&Toba Aquarium Pick Up/Drop Off Dock or the ticket counter on the first floor of Toba Marine Terminal, and present the QR code (displayed at the bottom) in the Webket purchase completion email sent to you following completion of payment in order to exchange it for a boarding pass.
    Boarding passes must be presented at the ticket gate.
    ▼When using a computer
    At home, print out the QR code and the Proof of Purchase that is displayed following completion of payment. On the day of boarding, proceed to either the Pearl Island&Toba Aquarium Pick Up/Drop Off Dock or the ticket counter on the first floor of Toba Marine Terminal, and present the QR code and Proof of Purchase to exchange them for a boarding pass.
    Boarding passes must be presented at the ticket gate.
